A good tattoo artist wont make a mistake.
And if some crappy one does, a good one should be able to fix it.

they should give the customers money back
that has happened to me i got a butterfly on my lower back and the guy used a darker shade of purple then i wanted :P it is ok but he told me that he would charge a little less because he made a mistake

Hopefully you went to a pro and they can fix it immediately. Although, a REAL pro wouldn't make a mistake.
