How did you like it? Please explain your thoughts.

i watched it last week. i thought it was a good movie. i like the fact that it did not touch on terrorism, racism, etc. a lot of ppl feel that it was wrong of oliver stone to put together a movie as such, because it is still "too soon" (similar to the reviews of united 93) to replay this incident for the public audience.
i appreciated learning about that day from a different point of view (the sergeant's and the officer's). the reason why i'm not jumping on the bandwagon and saying i hated it, etc... is because i watched an interview on t.v. prior to the movie being released. it showed the real life sergeant and the officer giving their input while the movie was being film. that tells me the movie is based off of a pretty factual recollection.
just watching it and taking it in seems to be the best way to come to a conclusion about it. also, both of my brothers are police officers... so there was an emotional attachment towards it.

Pretty much the life of 2 cops, who were trapped in the leftover of the WTC. why they did the movie about the cops and not about the othe 20 people found in the WTC, if at the end they didn't even save a life just carrying oxygen tanks and that's it. Not point at all.
Probably the point was that they tried to keep alive each other and they were the first ones to be found.
It was an Ok movie, I would rate one and a half.

yes I saw it and it is very well done. I highly reccommend it. Not to worry, you will not have to watch the painful scene of the planes hitting the twin towers. This is a very moving film to watch. I bet it will win an academy award.

despite the reality of it if it happened in a movie only it would have be a fn awsome special effect. god rest the victums souls unless you beleive in heaven and hell in which case it appears hell couldn't stop it. nor heaven nor god nor anything cause it happened.
