there was 5 minutes of the show and then it cut to commercials..of which there were 7 and it seemed they went on forever and ever.

Oh I totally agree with you. It's like we get to watch a few minutes of the show in between the dumb commercials. And did you notice how LOUD the commercials are, too! Very annoying.

Enjoy TV. If you ever noticed, reruns of shows from the 60's actually have scenes cut out in order to put in more commercials.

TV is really nothing but one long commercial with a story thrown in here and there to keep us watching the ads.

Yes...both.... longer and more of them...especially during popular prime time shows where the air time for commercials is most expensive.

Sooo irritating. Have you also noticed half the time you have no idea what the advert is for until the VERY end? Just say 'hey buy our pants and tanks' I don't need some convoluted dance routine to be sold to!

I know....tons of commercials. I noticed that when I was watching Dr. Phil. Oh my goodness. It was so annoying. I love his show, but I bet in its entirety, it is only 20 mins long, if that!
