I am using a NetZero mail account. I've tried searching all of the folders and I clicked the search button that searches your e-mail, but I can't seem to find it. I don't know what the subject of the e-mail is, and I don't know the exact e-mail address of who sent it.

If it was in outlook then there some possible solutions...
1) if you have been making backups on a regular basis then you can pull it that way.

2) if you hurry it may still be on your server. Log into your email server using the web based interface. If outlook is configured to leave a copy on the server for a number of days it still might be there even though you have deleted it locally.

If outlook has the option set to delete the mail on the server when you delete it and there is no backup then you are out of luck.

For your net zero account that is web based and i'm afraid you are out options.

I just want to use the email address again after permanently deleting the email, but now it's a mail failure, how can I use that email address in the future?

Theres no way to get a PERMANAT e-mail back, it's permanat. Next time you have junk and don't want it make a folder called perm trash or something like that and put everything you would want deleted in there. so you can have anything you didn't want deleted in there. PS I would be more careful where i put my inportant e-mails and what i do with them.

If you deleted it and emptied the Trash folder, it's gone for good. Sorry!

If it was permanently deleted, it's gone. You're not going to get it back.
