Get a pillow case wet and wring it out VERY well, then put the snake in it and tie the end up. Put them back in near the heat but not directly under it. It should raise humidity as well as help the skin rub off. You can keep him in there for quite a while, even overnight, as long as you make sure he's at a good temp and can breathe.

I'm sorry sapphire-serpent but your incorrect.. it is not perfectly natural for a snake to go threw bad sheds but it is the keepers fault.. the age of the snake has absolutely nothing to do with shedding and frankly your response is a load of crap... dont answer a question if all your going to do is give off incorrect information...

your problem is humidity listen to snake girl she gave you good advice but to add to it you might want to put some sort of humid hide box in the cage to resolve this problem for the future. get a bit of moss from the pet shop and place the moss inside of a hide box on the hot side of the cage.. then spray down the hide at lest every other day making it damp but not wet... that should solve any future humidity problems.

you can get a product called vita sol for rets it will help, dont give them a choice about soaking , the cheap route you can rub them down with veggie oil 1-2 times a week . also check the heat needs to be around 80 -85 in their tank

this is completely natural. i was worried when my first ball did that. it's absolutely fine. wait about a week. if there is still some skin left, just hold the snake after letting it soak and peel it off yourself. if some pieces are still hard on, then try soaking and peeling again later. good luck! don't worry, it's just because it's their early sheds. once they get older they will shed in one piece.
