Yeah, they are taking over. They are taking over the jobs that you nor I would do. And for less than minimum wage.

The last time U.S. Citizens (the majority from central U.S. and Appalachia), took those jobs was during the depression, when any job was a blessing to have.

Picking crops by hand, digging ditches, day laborer in the hot sun all day long and with no benefits, yes the are taking over those jobs.

Twenty or thirty years ago, these were jobs for teen laborers and people down on their luck. And now of course, very few teen boys will want to soil their new "Tommy Hilfiger" clothes picking onions or melons for the money offered.

I agree that these illegal aliens should come into this country through the proper channels. Until the greedy companies look at reality, we will have problems like this in our country.
Another reason is that Mexico does not restructure its government and does not provide the services such as education, and job creation that can make the Mexican people into productive citizens. Only the upper and middle classes benefit from that countries resources. It has lots of oil, mineral and tourism resources to invest in its people.

What Mexico has been doing is called a social class cleansing. They give almost no alternative to the lower classes of Mexicans but to immigrate through whatever means to this country.

No. The U.S. is a melting pot, full of diversity -- whether you like it or not. It's not supposed to be a "white country." Your wording of the question is blatantly racist. Yes, there should be a solution to the wave of illegal immigrants. By the way, the Spanish people aren't 'taking over America.' Spanish people are from SPAIN (and that's in Europe) and Mexican people are a mix of Native Americans and Spanish people. They are very different countries as of today. You should get that straight.

the only reason that central and south americans are not all white is that they are Spanish people mixed with native indians from there. Spain (people from Spain are white, btw)funded Italian Christopher Columbus' trip to "discover" the US. Before them, there were indians here.
