Its probably being thrown out by the roller. I have not found a vacuum yet that doesn't do this.

If it isn't a shop-vac or a bagless vacuum--did you check the bag?

Maybe someone forgot to put the bag in it. Or the filter. Or both.

The bag is not on the discharge properly.

Take it back and get a refund!

Try a Dyson..............expensive but ....wonderful bagless and POWERFUL!!
