I just ovulated between the days of the 12th and today.. that is what the ovulation calculator said. now today. I have been getting PMS symptoms, like just really tired and cramping. and I just experienced un bearing cramps.. just a really bad cramp that only lasted a couple of seconds.. any idea what this might be?? I never experienced this beffore.

The egg could be attaching itself! Usually when it is doing this you get cramp-like pains.. good luck, if you're TTC.

Hey, today I'm cramping too and it's day 15 of my 28 day cycle, so it's around the time I ovulate. I've been off the pill for 2.5 months and have noticed that I cramp around the time I ovulate. I really hope that that's all it is and that it's not a cyst, because I've been trying to conceive the past 2.5 months. I guess time will only tell.

well a few things could be happening. You cramping could be due to you ovulating. That's one of the symptoms that woman know that they are ovultaing. I get cramps when I ovulate and sometimes they can get pretty severe or just mimic pms symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms. If the pain doesn't go away in a few days or travels up or down your back or legs or you have a fever than call your doc seeing it might be a cyst.

It sounds like u most likely have an ovarian cyst. They are very common and most women get them and do not know about it. They usually resolve on their own but in some cases they are severe and need medical intervention. They are most likely to occur during times of ovulation. My advice is to watch it. If u continue to have pain consult ur Dr. Being tired and mild cramping can be related to ovulating. Another option could be just gas pain. Are u constipated. There is one 90 degree curve in your colon that, if u r constipated, it really hurts going through. Finally, if it persists see ur Dr.

It sounds like to me that you might be developing a cyst on your ovary. Every girl develops a cyst around their period... it just depends if it goes away or not. Most of the time it is nothing to worry about... but sometimes it can be more than what you think. I used to have dermoid cysts on my ovaries myself... and the cramps were so bad that at certian points I felt almost paralyzed. I got them surgically removed. If you are trying to conceive and you just ovulated... it will be too soon to tell if you are pregnant or not. I suggest going to see your doctor asap. Some ovarian cysts make it more difficult to conceive. If the pain gets worse... I would go to the ER. Good luck!!

wouldn't worry about it, i get severe cramps for about five days,the kind that you can't get out of bed with. I'm so used to it now some months i would like to take a big knife and cut everything out.not joking it's really unbearable at times. apart from having all my womb etc. surgically removed i have to just put up with it.

I was cramping when I first became pregnant (I'm on week 6 and the cramping just slowed down.) But they weren't unbearable, they were deeper and were on and off. They were uncomfortable though. It was because of implantation and my uterus growing.

It also could be gas or a cramp. But if the cramping persist when you have other periods then you might be developing a sist.
