Do you have some food coloring? You can add that to white toothpaste, baby ointment, zinc oxide (sunblock) or flour and water. You could also add Kool-Aid mix (just a little and wear plastic gloves!!!!) to any of the above.
Works like a charm!!!

You need to be specific.. Paint on what? My grandma used to tell me stories about how they colored and painted before crayons and color pencils.. What does she have to pain?? If is on paper..that's easy.....with a little water....use flower petals for pinks and other shades. leaves for greens, tobacco and coffee for browns..pieces of brick for reds...etc..... get the point? ..Be creative... I used to work with kids, and sometimes we used pudding. I know it's kinda gross, but if you have food coloring and some pudding mix, it dries to look just like paint.
Also look up egg tempra and milk tempra, those are two kinds of homemade paint.

coffee("nescafe gold" will shine on papers) diluted with water
cigarette ashes diluted with water
just open the fridge and be creative
u can even use eggyolk to make it stick then after it dries fix it with a hair styler spray
