1.Breakaway (10) You don't need a huge vocal range for this
2.Proud Mary (7) If you like to "perform" and rock out, do this
3.Kyrie (1)
4.Batoto Yetue (1)
5.Carwash (3) Kinda over played/ may be ok if you dance too
6.It's a Miracle (1) Yuck...just yuck...too corny
7.I'll be there (8) If you can sing REALLY GREAT try this otherwise stick with Breakaway.

Good luck and if you do the Kelly Clarkson song, make sure you are careful with the lyrics...they are more complicated than you think and it's easy to mess up. Not sure what Avril Lavigne was thinking when she wrote that song... "Make a wish, take a chance".... "Take a risk..." etc ... the Chorus changes. lol Still a great song. *hugs*

LOL..I love your wording of retarded! Just remember, this is your teacher's choice not yours and to get the grade you have to learn them and sing them as good as you can! You are learning a hard lesson of being a performer..sometimes you have to sing or say or dance stupid stuff..but in the end, it is all wonderfull and fun!

Now..open your vocal chords..sing from your diaphram..and have fun!
