When the time comes, breath deeply. Put your arms up and inhale, exhale. Try breathing only through your nose and feel the air come into your lungs, then let the air out through your mouth. Put that in practice. That helped me a lot when I used to play. Other than this, also try getting fit, enough rest , enough sleep, drink lots of water, not only when you're playing but all the time. Good luck.

Get 8-10 hrs of sleep at night.
Eat a good hi-protein breakfast and balanced lunch the day of the game.
Don't eat/drink sugary stuff until after the game.
Keep a hi-protein bar on hand for when you feel tired.
Drink plenty of water.

Its about knowing when to rest. On free kicks or stoppages of play... get back in position quickly and then rest... don't walk back. Also dont take too many breaths and make sure you rest on offense rather than defense.
