Anyway 1 site that has the lastest news and information about just about anything..not extensive info on one particular subject..just a lil info on everything so u can gain knowledge for conversational use. Thank You!

I think Wikipedia fits that bill. How you use it would be key. I often start on one subject and follow the links around randomly until I get tired. You could also use the random link tool
