One of my professors said that most men lead lives of "quiet desperation", meaning that some men feel trapped in relationships, high-pressure jobs and with too much responsibility. Is this true, and if it is, how are you dealing with it?

Really a little bit of both. I love my wife very much, but I still fantasize about other women. I am in a very high pressure job, but I also enjoy doing it, even though sometimes I don't produce nearly whats expected of me.

yes i just left a pressured relationship, i am now in hopefully a great relationship, we are enjoying each others company, im a cop, so my schedule is always an issue but with some time management it isnt so bad

it all depends on the individual
