I have Sprint for only $29.99 a month, but it only offers 200 anytime minutes. However, 200 minutes are all I need, plus nights and weekends are free. The best features that I like is that night minutes start at 7 pm everyday, it's like getting 120 more anytime minutes everyday - no other companies offer a deal like this.

Nextel shared family plan (I forget their current cute name for it). We have four phones (me, wife and two sons) and we have a pool of minutes every month that all four phones pull from. Since the merger with Sprint, they have an identical plan.

It's been fine so far, I'm a lot less worried about the specific particulars of a plan as much as I'm concerned about actual coverage - Nextel is better in some places than Cingular, and vice versa (my work gave me a Cingular phone too, so I can compare them back-to-back).

T-mobile pay-as-you-go, if you have a limited budget and spend most of the day at the office and at home, you can use it as a pager, and after $100 the minutes can last you up to a year.

I am happy with it. I am with Alltel. $30.96 a month, plus insurance on the phone and taxes and sur charges. You know how that goes. 700 daytime minutes and unlimited night and weekend minutes as well as free long distance as long as I don't exceed my minutes.
