I heard that I cant put more than 60 min onto I vcd. I was told it will become unwatchable because the quality will go really bad. can some one explain if i can do this or not.

you fairly can write that video file on 1 CD.
because the FAT data is too small and you can store about 10 more that 700 MB.

i cases that you have a lot files, you cannot store more than 700 MB because exta space is allocated to FAT data (file names, creating time, modifing time, etc)

Yes, a tape can hold 3 Hrs normal and 6 in extended. Extended slows the tape but degrades ther quality

Split it.

It stinks only putting 350ish mb on each disc, but reducing quality is the only way to fit it on 1 (and then it looks like crap)
