I'm thinking John Kerry will come back for more embarrassment.

Hard to say at this point. Hillary Clinton is about the closest thing to a sure bet; others, well, we'll just have to see who gets publicity and name recognition during the next congressional session.
I just hope they do better than the last two. Seriously, picking two candidates in a row who didn't just lose but lost to Bush??? Almost seems like they WANT to lose.

crowded field, as it usually is...
my front runners: John Edwards (coming of failed VP nod... is a southern boy with fairly moderate views, except on health care) and Warner (ex Va. Gov... he's young, but also from the south)
close behind: Hilary (name recognition, but too much negative press, too many people don't like her, would loose the South immediately and NY could be a battleground with Giuliani.. and she's a woman... quite a few negatives), Kerry (had his run, couldn't even beat Bush, but who knows)
out there: Barrack Obama (perhaps one of the most liked, but young... may be a better fit as a VP right now, or a run in 12)
of course there are others... but these are the major players as I see them...

Who knows? They can't seem to find any worthwhile candidates from either party anymore. Seems the good ones are all gone from the political spectrum. I get nauseous just thinking about the choices in the past two elections. It's pretty bad when there's no one you want to vote for, just someone you want to vote against. Whatever happened to having a good choice to vote for? No wonder this country's got so many problems.

Hillary Clinton or NM Gov. Bill Richardson.
Both haven't said whether they'll run, but both are qualified, and would make excellent nominees.
Actually, I would like to see both of them on the ticket, but it doesn't matter to me which one has the top spot.

Hillary C without a doubt. Other speculation is Rosie O'Donnell. Just kidding.
