"The Andy Griffith Show" - Barney, Otis, Ernest T., Gomer, Goober, Floyd, the Darlings.....some of the funniest and most endearing characters in the history of television. Not only was it hilarious, it also showed that no matter how slow witted, inept or flawed a person was - they were still human beings with feelings and redeeming qualities.
My next favorite is M*A*S*H*. This show also had alot of the qualities that made T.A.G.S. such a great show.

I always loved Three's Company (with John Ritter). More recently, That 70s Show, because I was a teen in the 70s, and I could relate.

Hard to say...been some good ones. My all time favorite is probably M*A*S*H.
Seinfeld my favorite recent one, and probably Newhart my most under-rated one.
