I would assume you will be using a tampon during this time so that your bathing suit won't be showing cute little discharge marks all over the buttocks region. If so, you won't be attracting sharks with your period, just your swimming habits. So if you look like a walrus or whale swimming through the ocean, you might have something to worry about. Anchors aweigh.

No you will not get bitten by a shark. You can swim in the ocean or pool as long as youre wearing a tampon or pad. Your period does not leak like how a faucet would leak.

If there were sharks in your swimming area, they would be attracted. You would smell delicious to the sharks who may take a nibble. Of course, their version of a nibble is quite different from ours.

Well, from everything I have heard, yes the blood would attract sharks if that is their territory.

You will certainly attract them if they are in the area.

Peeing in the ocean will get their attention also.
