That's something that you should have asked your doctor about while you were there.
A normal fetal heartbeat us usually between 120 and 160 beats per minute. So, if it falls within that range, it should be fine.

My babys' heartbeats always varied from visit to visit which really kept me and my midwife guessing. They would range from the really low to the really fast for the same baby. This is my third pregnancy and I'm seeing the same thing again.
I've noticed that when I've just eaten something, or if I'm extremely hungry, then the heartbeat quickens. But all other times it's sort of in the middle.
Other factors contribute to the heartbeat like if the baby is sleeping and also in the last month their movements slow as they run out of room and so sometimes the heartbeats show up little slower at the end.
Your baby is just keeping you guessing... LOL

A baby's heartbeat will constantly change throughout the pregnancy. Some days it will be high, others low. Baby could be sleeping, moving or just very active at the moment.

Yes, heart rates can vary from appointment to appointment, and even minute to minute.
Babies go through "sleep" cycles while in the womb, their heart rates slow and reflect their inactivity. When baby is active, kicking and moving, his or her heart rate will increase.
Throughout my pregnancy with my son, the heart rate was always on the higher end, until towards the the very last two weeks, when his heart rate dropped to the lower end of the scale. My daughter's heart rate was almost always different every time it was monitored.

The baby may have been in a sleeping cycle which would cause a slow heart rate
