Mostly I day dream about my next meal. Right now it's lunch.
Other times I day dream about being on a warm tropical beach drinking something with and umbrella in it.
Mostly about food though. It's a real problem.

I daydream alot. At school or on the train. I daydream about winning the lottery and riding though my neighborhood in a all black Range Rover.

I read alot and listen to books on cd when I'm at work. When I'm not doing that I often think about favorite scenes in those books. they're like my own memories and when I remember them I'm brought back to what I was doing, how I was feeling when I read them. Most of the time that's work stuff but sometime I read on a trip or someplace interesting and am brought back there.
