sure those are the two good issues (even with the fact that there is a suspicion contained whilst it comes to the hijackings that the possibility grow to be minimum and the possibility exaggerated for uk political motives). the two have been, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, British successes, the two have been the effect of police artwork incredibly than defense force action and neither had something to do with the conflict in Iraq. So i do no longer likely see why this must be made right into a Democrat vs Republican situation.

do you even believe there was a terrorist plot to blow up commercial planes in mid air by so called liquid explosive?

the whole thing is a joke i can't believe so many people fell for it!!!!
you'll see how many of the alleged 24+ suspects will be released or charged with slight charges!!! first of all there's NO evidence that show these guys were even near an Air Port nor had passports to travel any where!!!!!
some thing to think about!!

it was all MADE UP by the Brits and the bush administration to 1- show the threat is still out there
2- take the attention off of Israel.
3- take the attention off of the civil war in Iraq.
4- to show people how necessary it is to stay in Iraq and to support Israel since people keep bitching about Iraq and our support to Israel.

I haven't heard any Americans take credit. Who has taken credit on the Republican side?

Republicans have to take credit from where ever they can steal it,how many things have they done that they would take credit for.so they swipe any glory they can and try to capitalize on it and then ride that one thing to death.Heck the way Bush talked I thought he himself
busted the door down and made every arrest him self .Are you telling me he didn't lol Because they are republicans that's your answer.

It didn't have a damn thing to do with whether you was a Republican or Democrat. Our NSA was working with the British Scotland Yard to thwart this terrorist plot.

It was through the patriot act that these terrorists were caught. Don't beleive the liberal media when they say this was just the UK and their security who caught them. The Bush admin has been instrumental in the catching of these guys despite the efforts of Kerry, Kennedy, et al...to stop him. Democrats want Al-Qeida to attack the US because they're too weak to fight terrorism on their own and they just need an angle to attack Bush yet again....sigh. :(

I haven't heard them taking any credit. In fact, Britain was pretty tight-lipped about it, due to the recent leaks to journalists about ongoing investigations. A few very senior people in the US knew about it, but it was very few people.

Does it really matter who gets the credit? The important thing is that it was stopped.

"We" are not. Our president is...man, he makes the population of the United States look bad. You are correct, the British did this with Pakistani help, not America.
