Executive - The executive is the branch of a government charged with implementing, or executing, the law and running the day-to-day affairs of the government or state.
Legislative - In addition to enacting laws, legislatures usually have exclusive authority to raise taxes and adopt the budget and other money bills. The consent of the legislature is also often required to ratify treaties and declare war.
Judicial - In law, the judiciary or judicature is the system of courts which administer justice in the name of the sovereign or state, and provide a mechanism for the resolution of disputes. Under the doctrine of the separation of powers, the judiciary is the branch of government primarily responsible for interpreting the law.

I have forgotten but I'm pretty sure that the legislatives - Senate and House of Representatives make the laws and the other house either passes it or vtos it. If they pass it it goes to the executive branch. If they pass it it becomes a law. If they vto it it is sent back to the legislative branch and if they pass it it becomes a law, but if they vto it it can't become a law. The juditial branch they are the Supreme Court. If they suspect something with the executive branch, I think they have to talk it over with the legislative branch, then they would beable to do something. The Juditial looks after the executive and the legislative. The Legislative looks after the executive and the Juditial. And The Executive looks after the Legislative and the Juditial.

The Executive Branch of government is the White House and everything associated. The Legislative is on a State Level, like Governors, Congress, the Senate, and Judicial is what it sounds like-Judges and the Courts in Federal, State, and local levels.
