I dont want to put the phone on ebay before anyone suggests it. I founds a site called envirofone. Really I want to recycle it. I watched a program on BBc1 tonight and they where doing it only I didnt note the site that they used.
I want a good price for my motorola E550 not the losey £9.28 that envirofone are offering me!

If you only want 2 recycle it loads of charities will have an envelope to send it off 2 b reconditioned and the charity gets the profit for being the middle-man, cancer research is 1 cant rememba who else
If u wish 2 sell for a good profit try a local vender like a market stall or small enterprise who might b interested for a fee or cut
my old phones work but couldnt b bothered with the hassle but if u dont wish 2 sell your sim buy a new one online to show that phone is in working order orange is cheapest at the mo 51p

Give it to your local battered women's shelter, senior center, or any community help center that has a recycled cell phone program. Cell phones that don't have plans on them are still capable of calling 9-1-1 in case of an emergency. The call just goes to the local 9-1-1 tower. Phones can be provided for free to people who need them. If you'd give your phone to a program like this, you'll get a warm & fuzzy feeling of helping your community.

How about donating it to a domestic violence shelter? There are lots of families out there who are in crisis and could use a phone to contact support and the police in an emergency. This is a good option if you aren't able to get the price you would like for your old phones :)
