Think about all the things you've done or thought of that you don't want anyone to know about.
Your cousin showed a lot of courage to open up to you, and he's trusting that you're mature and compassionate enough not to judge him, but to care for him as he is, a flawed person, just like we all are.

Just try not to judge him. It sounds like he really opened up to you, and you were repulsed by what was revealed.
Does he have some strange secret attraction for you or something? Did he hurt somebody in the past? Anyways do whatever you feel is best. And if he does like you more than he should, then do not put yourself in a situation where you are alone with him sharing secrets again. That is just weird.

Explain to him, before he speaks to you, in private, that some of the things he said to you were quite interesting and now yousee him differently because of that. Does not mean you do not love him the same way but it just shocked you to hear what he had to say.
Apparently, he told you these things because he could trust you and probably because you were the least judgmental. I would tell him that you are just shocked. Just love him the way you do as if he never told you anything in the first place.

wow must have been some deep stuff? well good question considering you wont tell me the meat n potatoes?just have to understand we are all human we make mistakes most certainly always regret later down the line and sharing those character defects with someone is a way we come to grow out of them? and the things that were done to us that we didnt have any control over same principle applies bye sharing with someone is a way of healing! so guard your thoughts closely and with compassion and understanding!

If he still matters to you at all, concentrate on being a good cousin for him. He obviously told you because he trusted you--don't betray that trust (unless he told you about something that he did that was illegal, especially something that hurt someone else). You feel weird now, but if it's a good strong relationship, you'll learn to deal with it.

Usually people confide in us because they feel that we will not judge them and not to mention keep a secret. Anyway, I think the best thing would just be to accept him for who he is. Because in the long run, he may change.
