Wouldn't make much sense to complain about it if I would do it myself. I HAVE a new car & don't do that.

Use chapstick and write on the windshield. It will not show up until it gets wet. You can put shaving cream under the door handle. Or just call a tow truck as suggested. If it is not too hot outside you could double park a lawn chair in front and back and have a party.

Do you know how to hot wire? Just kidding that would be bad. Call a tow truck, If you own a junker you can always play bumper cars, boy that would get their attention now wouldn't it. I could give you some real nifty ways of sabotaging a vehicle but I don't want to post them on the net where someone immature could use it. I am nice guy until I get angry then I get creative.

Call some friends to park all around it and block it in!!
Or leave a message on the windshield saying how very sorry you are for dinging his truck with a fake phone # to reach you at - guaranteed he will spend hours trying to find that ding!

i see someone else already said "key it."
if it's a first offense, do what i do... prinot out a lable that says something like "i'm a double parking jackassss" and stick it on the truck... if they don't get the hint, next time pull out your keys.
