W here do I put hydraulic fluid in a Mercury Mercruiser 650? The motor will not raise or lower.?

Follow the 4 hyd lines to the pump. In a corner of the pump reservoir about half way down is a sloted screw. Remove it, fill to the top with 10w-30 motor oil. Put the screw back in and run up and down a couple of times and re check the level with the motor up. Repeat as needed.

there should be a resovior most likely mounted to the inside of the transom or in that general area. but i am not totally sure

In the tranny? Pour it down the dipstick tube with a long funnel, just like any other.
