...seems like it should decrease wind resistance but i wonder what the actual numbers are ......

Have you been sniffin the wax too long?? A clean car is nice and will probably last longer with periodical waxing but increase in fuel mileage from waxing? Come on, be serious...........how much wind resistance or drag is actually caused by a few bug carcases!!!!!!

that's interesting but I'm sure if it did the government would of found a way to mess that up so no it is just used for shine and wax is some what greasy so it should make your car go fast so wait it might increase gas mileage hmmm try it and tell me

No it doesn't make your gas milleage any better. Also there is a thing about trucks saying that leaving the tail gate down helps out on gas well a show called myth busters proved it wrong it doesn't help it actually can hinder it.

I'm sure it would, they do it with airplanes, at least, keeping them clean, for wind resistance.
But it would be so slight, and barely noticable. Better off, checking your tire pressure, and your speed.

no but keeping the right pressure in your tyres will,low pressure causes drag so always check it .
