Well, I have been trying for over three years and just became pregnant last month, then lost the baby. I also had endometriosis and cysts but that was not the problem. The problem was that I was not ovulating. You may want to have this checked out. I conceived the first month after she put me on Clomid, but like I said, I lost the baby. I do not think that the Clomid had anything to do with that, but Clomid helps a lot of women. You should really talk to your doctor about it. Good luck to you

like yourself i too had endemetriosis and cysts, and had a laprascopy. it took me two years to concieve my first child and when i did i miscariied within eight weeks, however i was pregnant again within two weeks. the same thing happen with my second child. i saw specialists and all of them said that it would take time and what i mostly needed to do was relax and not put so much pressure on myself to conceive, it may be different for you and a fertility specialist may be an option but personally i would try not to place so much pressure on yourself...i know you want a baby now but if you try to relax and get on with daily life, have plenty of sex (without the expectation of conceiving) you may just find that within a few months you could very well be pregnant. dont give up and good luck
