Just lately I have begun getting really dry fingers and dry hands. I was wondering if anybody knows some special secrets about how to get rid of it or how to prevent it. Thanks!

Before you go to sleep, put on a bunch of lotion (or vaseline or baby oil - the gel kind is less messy) and then put on gloves. They say that white cotton gloves are best (and probably the least hot) but I can't find those and I bought the 99¢ knit ones that stretch to fit any size hands. Sleep well, and wake up with soft hands!!

(sometimes I wake up in the morning and I've taken them off in my sleep, but it helps even if they're on for just a few hours)

i soak my hands for a few minutes...i know what you mean they feel all dry and you can almost hear them swishing when the fingers touch...but anyhow...soak them in warm water...then i use vasaline cream lotion...it is thick and creamy...them a pair of sergical gloves for a few hours...my hands look so nice and plump...and so soft...after a few i rub in olive oil just a bit...stays soft for 3 to 4 days....

take a few squirts of your fav sweet smelling lotion and put it into a plastic ziploc bag for ten seconds just until warm put your hands into the bag and keep the their for a while. this works better if you scrub your hands w/ epsom salt first. or sleep with vaseline and plastic gloves on.

It's always best to deal with dry hands... don't want to get the cards wet!

Use a really thick moisturizer (like one for pedicures) and wear mittens or socks on your hands at bedtime.
