Absolutely.
Years ago I worked as a landscaper in fairly sunny conditions.
I was pretty habitual about wearnig sunscreen daily, while guys I worked with wore nothing.
Now 10 years later, all of those guys have way more wrinkles than me, including my brother with whom I worked side by side.
Keep in mind that sunscreen is effective up to 30 block, and then after that it doesn't make much more difference.

I really hate wearing it because it's sometimes greasy. But I found a new type that might work for you too! It's called "Colore Science Sunforgettable". It's great because it's a powder so it feels like you're just putting on foundation. It has SPF 30 and it works like a foundation. I really love it, and I have noticed an improvement in my skin! Not only does it help prevent skin cancer, it also helps my skin feel really great! I can hardly tell I'm wearing anything. You can use it all over your body including your face. It's in a blue bottle. I think it was in InStyle too.

Yes, I work outside and I wear sunscreen every day. I can see the difference in my skin. I've noticed that even though I still get a little bit of color, my co-workers are all much darker and their skin looks noticeably older than mine. Also, my skin doesn't dry out...

I have worn sunscreen everyday since before I started caring about my skin 'quality' (when I was a teenager). I am very fair-skinned (less freckled than before) and get compliments on my skin pretty often, if that helps.

I do only because skin cancer is rampant in my family and I have had pre-cancerous cells removed already (I'm only 27). I don't give a sh** about my skin quality, I want to live to a ripe old age. But, it's been proven over and over that wearing sunscreen now will prevent wrinkles later. Not to say you won't have any wrinkles, but fewer.

yep. I put it on my face everyday and if I forget, I notice that my nose gets red. I have really fair skin though. Can't hurt though no matter what your skin is like. And it's never too late to start!!

I like the Dove Moisturizer with SPF 15.

I can't say that I use it everyday, but I certainly wear it most days. My skin is radiant and soft because of this extra step.
