To me, fear is nothing more than a four-letter word that I have been trained for the past several years to live and work without. But in reality there is one thing I truly do fear. I fear losing someone very close to me, I lost my twin brother about 6 years ago and it tore me apart, I couldn't stand to go through something like that again. So I would say that's the one thing I fear.

Fear... What an interesting concept. Sometimes, fear can even dwell inside non-rationalities. So what is fear? I think it's something that is good, but can also be very bad. Fearing death is healthy, fearing killers is healthy, but when we start fearing things that we shouldn't... it's like our mind is playing tricks on us. So in reality, the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Don't fear... don't hate, and you will have a very pure mind. Remember, life is partly just an illusion. Fear is just an emotion. how can we be sure that either one fully exists? We can't.

Fear, is a challenge that will hold you back, if you let it. I was afraid to open up in front of people for most of my life. I was afraid of what people would think of me, if I shared my opinions & things. And I wasn't able to really get to know people or let them know me for a Long Time. Just a few years ago, I overcame it & have some of the best friendships that I could ever ask for. I have learned that you have to go through it head on.

I guess my only fear is the fear of needles and anything sharp. I do not know why. All it takes is for the needle to be close to my skin for the fear to trigger. Also, I have the fear of bullets.... they hurt really bad.

I fear anything bad happening to my son. That is what I fear the most. I want to be able to protect my son from evil but I am not with him around the clock so I fear that something evil might happen to him when he is not around me.

Heights, I'm not sure why. I start shaking, I can't look down, if I do I start screaming. I feel like I can't move, like my legs are glued in one spot. It's so bad that I cannot look out of a window from the 2nd floor. If we are driving over a bridge I have to put my head in between my legs.
