the person's race doesn't matter.
Soak your feet in warm soapy water, then rub soap on a pumice stone, and gently rub the heels/toes/callused areas in a circular motion. Then rinse feet again, moisturize with a rich moisturizer like Shae butter or cocoa butter, put on some cotton socks and relax :-)

There is no special product for exfoliating African-American feet. Black folks feet are no different than anyone elses. I soak my feet in hot water that has oil, and foot soak solution in it. I exfoliate my feet with a pumice sponge from Mr. Pumice with a foot gel/or favorite body wash. You can buy these products at drugstores, etc. Sally's beauty Supply has an entire foot section.

If this doesn't work go to a professional. A pumice stone is great for at home pedi.'s because you won't harm your feet by taking off to much skin. Don't use razors, or foot files at home invest in a $25.00 pedicure.

Aren't feet just feet? And people just people by the way? Try sea salts, they seem to work well for me.
