I have two real fears and they are the fear of wrists, and the fear of the ice cream man. I know this sounds weird, but it is very true. When I was little, I watch the movie The Ice Cream Man and every since then, I have been horrified of ice cream men. Luckily, I live in the country and there is no ice cream trucks driving around with that creepy music playing. My fear of wrist is 1000000 times worse however! My wrist are small and I can see the blue veins and that really freaks me out! I am afraid of accidentally cutting myself and dying. My friends know about this and are always pretending to cut themselves and I always gag and get real light headed. If I see something gross in a movie, my wrist and arms begin going numb and I get real weak. When I wear a watch and bracelets, I keep them pushed up on my arm so they don't touch my wrist and when I wear clothes with long sleeves, I make sure the sleeve goes past my hand in length. I don't like people talking about wrist or touching mine. I don't know how I got this way, but just typing this stuff makes me feel nauseous.

If anything, I fear whatever I fear. It may well be fear itself, being it begets any subsidiary standards below it. But, that could be argued. I'll have you know that defining any word should be done both etymologically (the way it was intended), and demographically ( (the way people define it over time).

Definitions change because of various stages such as poetry (using figurative speech), etc. If all words were not polysemic, definitions would truly be understood...sacrificing the art of poetry and other figurative means of communication.

At any rate, I hope this helps on your quest.

Hi twin brother. I do have fear of death but I feel OK when I think about how my higher power is always there to comfort me. your frustartions and compulsive mind are likely to make your fears and feelings worse. Keep things simple and look at things from different perspectives, take things as the come, and slowly like little by little examine your your own reality and deal with it -- small chunk at a time. It can be done.

bees...i was 3 and got stung in the eye by a bee...and since i am autistic i had a hallucination...(ironically same reaction to overdosing on heroine...but since i was 3 i didn't get arrested)

and i was in my bed and bugs were crawling all over me.....i then saw this 6 foot bee and it was flying and it put it's stinger towards me and it went through my face into the wall...and i screamed and screamed and didn't know what was going on....puking everywhere i had to be carried away by ambulance to the hospital where i stayed there for about a week

i'm 18 and a buzzing sound from a fly makes me shiver and duck....let alone the sight of a bee

i am truly afraid, to the point of tears and weeping of "generalized stupidity".
when i see someone asking people on the streets about something really important, and you see people doesn't give a dime for it.
i am truly scared when i realize people believe anything, even with great proof demonstrating otherwise than they were told.
i am truly afraid of religious people.
i am truly afraid of fanatic people.
i am truly afraid of people standing hard positions about critical things (today: abortion, euthanasia, death penalty; yesterday: God, witches; other places, other fanatisms).
those things makes me get depressed and cry.

Fear for me is the lack of knowledge of the unknown. Death would scare me, but its not the fact that I will die, its how or what will happen to me later always wondered if I'll suffer or will it be quick and painless? And what will happen to my soul. I'm quite aware of Heaven and Hell but I for one have nothing to cling to but faith. Because of this, I fear the unknown that only I can confront with, no one else.

I have this recurring dream in which I am assaulted by triplets from Sweden who want to have my children. BUT they always put condoms on me and never get pregnant SO we keep on trying over and over again. It scares me as I think I am going to die of exhaustion.
