You're fine just the way you are. The fact that you eat so much and that you exercise (especially swimming), those factors cause for your metabolism to be much faster. Swimming keeps your metabolism at a fast rate for up to three days, and eating a lot also raises your metabolism. When you don't eat much, your metabolism slows down to conserve energy so that you stay living.

Of course, don't go anorexic, that's the worst possible solution. You're a metabolism machine, and it's okay to have a flat chest, you just might be working too hard. Just don't get breast implants, guys like soft skin, not fake, hard breasts. The people whom get implants, their breasts are just for show, they're not really ideal at all. Don't get too worked up okay?

5 meals a day is something correct and it doesn't help in gaining weight(If the meal is small). Also gaining weight is not related with the breast size(There are fat women with small breasts or even flat chested). Moreover you should eat healthy food if you wanna gain wait and not the fast food(May be fast food will help gain weight but it will affects you health).Am so glad that you exercise to be fit and healthy(Don not stop exercising). At last ,I advise you to see a Dr(He will give a diet system to regain weight and to keep healthy in the same time.

I used to feel that way too when I was twelve and wished for some extra kgs. Now I wish I hadnt. the fact that youre a sporty means that if when you put on weight you'll be muscular and not curvy, now choose She-Ra or Pamela Anderson

Try meal supplements as well as all the food you eat. Replace your drinks with things like ensure, protein shakes, and even slimfast! They are great calorie boosters when used properly.
