If the earth's axis were not tilted, we would have no seasons. At any given place on earth the climate would be constantly the same all through the year.
This means that there would be hot zones (really HOT) and cold zones (really COLD) and no temperate areas.
The earth would be impossible to live on, at least by the human being as it has evolved to modern man, who is adapted to the changing seasons. The same would be true about the whole present flora and fauna.

In short, and in addition to what others have already correctly said, Earth would be unlivable. It can be argued, from what I've heard, that even if the tilt were to change just a degree or two, it would cause such drastic changes that it would be a lot harder for humans to live here. I have no source for that, however, so don't quote me or anything there...

The north and south poles would be colder. The equator would be hotter. There would be no changes of seasons. The climate might be so weird that people might not be able to live on the planet. You wouldn't like it.

We would not have seasons and possibly we might not have the ocean currants that we now have.

chances are that there wouldn't be any life because the climate would be so vastly different that there might not be liquid water anywhere.
