i started hitting my peak when i was 11, and my mom told me to hit my peak in my room. My dad told me if i hit my peak too much, i'd go blind.

I'm not sure about an overall age to reach a peak but I know my daily peak is around 1:00 in the afternoon, after that I start to go downhill fast.

That's sort of a question with many variables-peak condition? That depends on the person.Peak of your career?-That's when you finally get there and get it right! I'm 50 something and still working to peak at it all!!!
