1) Pick it up and move it. You didn't say I couldn't touch the ball.
2) I ask my assistant to dump the contents of one beaker into the other. An assistant isn't technically a tool nor a material and you didn't say He/she couldn't touch the beakers.
3) There is a very small, but real, chance of a ping pong ball ending up in the other jar due to quantum tunneling.

if you mean in the beaker then we may have a problem. now if the ping pong ball is on the table just blow it over to the next one with ur mouth

Bounce the ping pong ball out of the beaker
(ie. thump surface directly under the beaker with ping pong ball)
