We took a picture of a hamburger bun sitting in our oven and emailed it to our parents with the subject line "March 2006". It took them awhile to get it, but it was fun having them guess.
I knew someone who got the family together for a photo and when they were all looking at the camera instead of saying, "Say Cheese!" She said, "Everyone say 'I'm Pregnant!'" then she clicked the camera and got a picture of everyones reaction.

If your having a dinner party to announce this just get little stuffed teddy bears to put at the table for a hint then you can serve BABY Back Ribs, BABY Carrots, etc. It would be a "theme" party. How fun would that be?

Wait until the very last day before you're due. "Smoke" a candy cigarette and drink apple juice out of a beer bottle while you make an announcement to everybody. Before then, tell them you had a little too much Kung Pao for lunch if they asked. ;-)

You can give a give to an in-law or a parent relating to grandparents and when they open it they will read it and be very excited as they ask. That would go the same for aunts and uncles and such. I saw it once on TVs funniest videos..it was very funny.

A family member of mine sent small diapers to everyone she wanted to tell and inside were hershey hugs and kisses from the new "grandbaby" etc. I thought that was cute.

i bought an enormous xmas stocking on the net and put "baby xyz" (our last name) in iron on letters on the front and gave it to my mum and dad
i just told everyone else

i saw some cute cards in a magazine..they had a picture of a positive pregnancy test on it and said,"guess what?" or something along those lines. i think that would be cute. all of my friends have always taken pictures of their pregnancy test and showed me(via email that is). always very cute. :-)
