I've purchased 3 phones off eBay. All were worth it and better than shopping at retailer.

Yeah i buy cellphones from eBay all the time. it all depends on how much u wanna spend u might have to bid on a couple before u win won but its all da same u should find out how much the phone would cost in da stores and try to win it for at least $50 cheaper
