i dont know how to dive and i am 10

It's easiest to learn to dive from one knee first. Kneel on one knee at the very edge of the pool. Point your arms straight over your head, with your shoulders by your ears. Put your chin to your chest and lean forward from the waist, trying to touch your fingertips to the water. Keep leaning until you are almost falling, and then push off with your leg and follow your fingertips into the water, diving in gently. Practice this until you are really comfortable entering the water headfirst, and then start practicing from a standing position.

You go to a certified training center - I recommend PADI. Find the center in your area. (Go to their web site - http://www.padi.com/)

Then the diving master will teach you + give you all the equipment required to dive... Believe me it is a wonderful experience.

lower your chin to your chest. hands together, over your head squeezing your ears. look at your belly button and try to aim the top of your head at a point on the bottom of the pool. good luck- keep your head down!

jump out in an arc and keep your head tucked in.
