im startin to get a lil meat on me i know theres nothing wrong with
my size its not like i weigh 200 pounds or anything id say about 150 but it this baby phat outfit i luv but made for skinny folks so what the deallyo.

Eat: as many different coloured vegetables and fruit as you can each day

some meat for protein, particularly fish (with the omega-3 fatty acids which are good for your heart and your brain)

snack on nuts and fruit and the occasional vegetable
