Boundaries my dear.
In the 21st century just about anything goes in relationships. I don't know your age, but I'm guessing you're a teen. You definitely need to let the guy know you want him to focus on you when you're together. If he has a problem with that or gets defensive, move on. He'll come back if he's interested.
Know your boundaries & expectations and state them up front. If ANY guy (however hot he may be) goes outside them, drop him immediately. Like before, if he's interested, he'll come back and have learned his lesson.

It depends on if he is cute and a nice guy. If he is kinda kreepy or rude to someone else, he might not be the nicest to you. If he is kinda creepy, say, sorry but NO!
