Losing five pounds probably won't make you feel any better about yourself, and the people making fun of you probably won't even notice you lost the weight.
You need to find self-confidence. That's where all beauty comes from, seriously. I you don't walk down those hallways KNOWING you look hot, they're going to see your weak spot and slice right through you.
As for acne, a dermatologist will give you much more effective creams than anything you can buy over the counter. Trust me, I've tried every brand, and none of them worked. If you don't have acne, and you're just afraid of getting it, just wash your face with MILD cleanser every morning and night, change your pillowcase often, and drink lots of water.

Well first and foremost, those people, the "In" crowd, ignore them. I'm kind of like an Asian prep, but I'm nice so you can trust my advice. =). The key to losing weight is to have your metabolism going at a good rate. Eating moderate meals every 4-5 hours will help. Metabolism is slow when you don't eat much because it has to slow down so it can conserve energy, but the more you eat the faster it'll work (but don't over eat, you have to be right inbetween). You might not want to go to the gym, but at home, do about 50-100 crunches a day, and 50-100 reps on each arm with 3-10 pound weights. It'll tone out your body. I recommend crunches over situps.
If you decide to go with the crunches and reps thing, do it everyday, and say you want to do 100 crunches a day, do 50 two times a day, or however way you want to split it up. Try to limit whatever amount you pick, to two times a day (like the example before). Remember, crunches are where you lift your own upper body up, your hands are their to keep your neck straight, not to life you. Results aren't immediate (they never are unless it's lipo-suction) but you will see progress throughout the weeks. If you have a decent amount of fat, your weight might not change much because while burning the fat, you also gain muscle, but your body will look thinner and more toned. Remember, being toned is more important than your weight. Maintain a healthy weight, a healthy diet, eat moderate amounts, do crunches and reps everyday, and you will see progress throughout the weeks.
About the face thing, go to your local pharmacy, and go through the ingredients of the products. You do not want sodium laureth sulfate to be one of those ingredients. It is very rare, but it is possible to get skin irritation or a skin disease from it. Use Neutrogena Acne-Cleanser, it really works, I use it and I've gotten less than 5 pimples in my entire life! (Teenager just like you!)

Don't try and lose weight in a week...crash diets are bad for your health and rarely work. Start with eating smaller portions and drink lots of water...you'll start noticing a difference in a couple weeks if you STICK WITH IT. Don't worry about people making fun of you, most kids do that to feel better about themselves, chances are they're having the same problems as you.
As for acne, water will definitely help with that and try proactive, it really does work. Good luck and remember; If you you ACT confident, you will LOOK confident.

if you don't mind extreme diets...
i've gone on an all fruit and soup diet. the first day you eat just soup, second day just fruit, third day just soup, and so on. you lose anywhere from 3-5 lbs a day.
if you're not feeling that, try out pilates. it's done wonders for my body. you'll see new muscles you didn't know existed, haha. windsor pilates is my favorite, but you can experiment.

People make fun of you becuause you are 5lb over the ideal weight? Can't you see how superficial they are. If you really wanted to lose weight this is fine, but to me it seems you only want to lose weight to fit in. Be who you are, one day you will look back and feel proud that you did not conform to these ridiculous and shallow ideals. HTH : )

i lost 5 pounds last week
i didnt starve
i ate a good breakfast, i ate less for lunch and i tryed not to eat dinner and if i did need to eat i ate something very healthy like a salad dont eat late at night
eat healthy
the gym always helps alot
u dont have to go if dont want to
no junk
by the way cravings last maximum 15 mins
when u have one do sumthing that you like to doand youll forget about it

eat when you're hungry, don't starve yourself, eat slowly (savour the flavour!), eat what you want when you want it!!!! i PROMISE it will work. take care dont starve yourself :) xxx
