If she had a tubal pregnancy she would have known way before now because she would have been in severe pain. She is past the 3rd month so she is past the highest risk of miscarriage. I wish her good luck with the pregnancy.

Yes, after her first trimester the likelihood of it being tubal is next to nill. But there's always that outlandish oddball, so she and her doctor should still be watching for symptoms.
Which I'm sure with her history, they are.

Yes--By the third month, a tubal pregnancy would have caused a lot of pain and been discovered.

She should be. Just keep an eye on her for symptoms of tubal, like severe pain, fever, and such. Her OBGYN should have checked her by now, and he can do an ultrasound to make sure all is well.

They would have known by now if it was a tubal, but that doesn't guarantee that she won't miscarry. Though miscarriages are far less common past the first trimester.

If she has had her first sonogram they should be able to tell already because her uterus will be empty, if the babies are in the uterus it is not a tubal pregnancy and she doesn't have to worry cause they arent going to move up in her tubes if they are in her uterus.

She should have had an ultra sound already to verify the position of the baby. This would ease everyones concerns and worries.
