Breast Feed.It;s not only best for the baby but the amount of calories it burns in 1 hour is around 1,000. That combined with the production of milk really works to tighten up the belly. It has someting to do with shrinking the uterus faster. I had two babies who were both breast fed and by my six week check I only had 10 lbs to go and an almost flat stomach.

Well try not to eat much fats... be in shape if your with your baby get the stroller in the morning but bathe the baby before you leave and you to take the baby a fresh baby bottle cold water and one for you too. den take the stroller and jog while your pushing the stroller ;-]

do crunches and leg lifts off the floor an slowly lower them together when u feel it pull ( ur abdomen) hold it for like count of 10 then lower that pull is those muscles in lower abdomen.. crunches is for upper abs.
