if u had a friend who complained of being "on the shelf" in the relationship department and had really bad breath and generally smelled unpleasent, would u tell her?

I would say yes, but knowing what words to use would be more difficult.
Maybe you could buy her some smellies & keep on offering her mints or chewing gum.

In the nicest way I would tell her about her problems with her breath. if you are good friends give her a make over do her nails, put some makeup on her, have her take a shower and nonchalantly say brush your teeth before we start, and then say if i didnt brush my teeth at least twice a day I would gag. besides that I dont want to go to the dentist with rotton teeth. Or maybe say teeth are the first thing that guys look at.change her hair. If she is your friend you will do anything to help her

Yes, if she was really a friend. You have to be nice about it. Buy her some body wash and tell her it was something that you use and thought she might like it. Also offer her some breath mints.

If your frienship is a close1 then yes you should let her know because it wont do her any favours by keeping quiet and after all friends are there to tell the truth. (say it in a subtle way if pos) Good luck and real friends shouldn't mind if you let them know the truth.

If your a friend you wouldnt of let it get that bad.Then again a good friend would tell her just as you would expect her to tell you.

Personal hygiene is partly nature partly nurture by the time your old enough to date a person has either got or they haven't . "don't bother".

feck it if your a good enough friend you tell her to get her *** down to the drug store and buy some mouthwash and soap and get out there!
oh some encouragement aswell, espically after you tell her she smells.............
