read all and wait...

The reason I asked the question was because I didn't know the answer. How am I able to choose the best answer, if I don't even know the answer? On the other hand, if I knew, why did I ask?

Don't you think it doesn't make sense that yahoo provides this option? The only case where this is a valid option is when after reading a dozen answers I realize (or I do some research and realize) what the answer is. But, if I have to do research, what's good about yahoo answers?

Read them and choose a best answer carefully because a lot of times when questions are put to votes the answer that's picked isn't always the best.

I would read each one of the answers before I choose the best one. It would not be fair to the person/s who answered if you would just skim through them all. You can miss some important info if you use the skim method.

I read everyone of the answers to the questions that I ask before picking a best answer.

Depends on how long. If it's only two pages, I'll read it carefully. More than that and I just pick a page randomly, and select an answer that I feel is good.

Read through each one and choose the best answer as that will allow me to really have an answer that is suitable to the question.

I would take the time to read all of the answer and then choose what i think is the best answer to my question.

usually if you have a lot of answers they're all the same. I usually just read the longer ones cuz they're the most informative. if it's a short answer, then it's probly a repetitive answer or just some dumbass with a smart alec remark as if i was asking for their opinion on why i was asking in the first place and not an answer to my question.

I read every single answer, and choose the best answer. I've had one question that got old and I had to pick an answer, but I still thought of it and picked the right answer for me!
