Haha...i was waiting for someone to ask this....the REAL answer: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, it has the blood, sex, gore, drugs, tourcher, and everything else you can expect from a violent video game. It is sooo violent, they put it to an AO rating!!!

Well, the grand theft auto series like San Andreas and Vice City is the most violent game in the market. But Half-Life 2 is also pretty gorey, you can dismember the zombies into half, you could take of their heads.... but Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is STILL the #1 violent game available in the market.

Hmm great question... I'm not entirely sure.
However, I did play this one game called "Soldier of Fortune 2". It was pretty brutal. It let me kill a guy with a knife and then shred the rest of him into a big bloody mess when I was done... yes including his face and brain.
The Half Life series is pretty violent as well, but i'm not sure that it let's you dismember your enemies.
...PS if you think GTA is violent, you haven't played enough video games.

all the GTA games, the suffering,and resident evil 4 have been the most violent games that i've played so far.

SOLDIER OF FORTUNE 2: DOUBLE HELIX is probably the goriest game i had ever played. GTA titles come in second because they look a little too animated. SOF 2 looks too real and it was also one of the greatest games.

I dont know if anyone has heard of it but the game man hunt is ******* brutal. I stuck a crow bar the a persons head it was pretty nasty.

for what i read on this game you kill people stack there bodies in pile and kick there heads around like a soccer ball. use a cat as a silencer by sticking a gun up its back side.

Dead rising is pretty dang violent, and has realism graphics.
