Honestly, I have only run into a few girls who can pull off the no make-up look, so I would have to say with make up. However, a lot of girls take make up way too far and overdue themselves. So your best bet is a little bit of make up to accentuate your features, but not so much that you look like you should be in the circus.

The best looking girls are the ones that can go without. Lots of make-up may work on tv but not in real life.

I know you made a point of saying boys only but I just had to say that so many girls think that they need to look like a clown. My make up consists of light powder, one coat of mascara, lip gloss, and sometimes brown eyeliner. I think that make up can make people feel more confident and it's ok but no one needs to compete with a clown!

Without! You can dress up a pig, but we all still know it's a pig. Women (and men, too) should do more to accentuate their strengths ie - attitude, confidence, wit, etc. and stop buying tons of useless product that just show how vain & self-centered they are.

I think it depends on the girl. Some girls are just naturally pretty and they dont need makeup. However those girls who are naturally pretty look even better with makeup, so i'll say that girls look better with makeup.

Depends I suppose.
From my experience, a girl waking up in the morning looks foxey.
Then again, a girl done up looks pretty hot too.
I can't decide. Beautiful both ways.

nice.. umm i think it depends on the girl.. i think if makeup is used to bring out beautiful features in girls then its great.. but it is nasty when a girl uses a crapload of makeup and trys to cover up imperfections.. very light make on the skin and soft but unique colors around the eyes are my favorite..

From twenty feet away they look better with make up. when you get up close the makeup makes most look like clowns.

really pretty girls look good with out makeup. those that cake it on are obvious and we KNOW they dont look good in the morning. little goes a long way.
