captain america hands down because he fighting for the greater good. freedom, democracy and peace. he has shown his valour time and time again. batman is simply fighting for himself and to keep in check his environment. motivation is everything and the greater good will always prevail, captain america.

Batman and Captain America have fought before in the marvel vs dc comics book run. While the fight was close batman won the fight and Capatin even acknowledged that he lost the fight. Even without knowing this I would still say batman

Captain America would be victorious. Screw what the crossover comics say. Batman has the training, and a bunch of gizmos... But Captain America is a super solder. He is the peak human being. Batman is nothing more than an over trained monkey in a bat costume when compared to Captain america... But I do like the Batman Character more.

Captain America would win in a fight. While Batman would fight dirty using gagets and such Captain America would overwell him with his strength and stamina. Cap knows how to fight cheap as well. I think it would be a close match for awhile but I do not see Batman winning.

What might Captain usa do against Magneto...I propose if Batman had a great magnet placed into opposite polarity? might he be embarked on the stratosphere? in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, the belief-approximately staring at Batman throw **** at Captain usa all day & all night like a rigged carnival activity on a similar time as CA stands at the back of his guard yawning interior reason ammusing.

Batman, that utility belt and IQ, plus all the other toys gives him advantage over a guy with a shield and motorcycle. Spidey vs Batman would be better.
